absolutely awful customer service. I ordered a Christmas gift back in November, with the reassurance it would arrive before Christmas. their customer service line is a disgrace, I was fed lie after lie, and then told to contact the sales director who was away. I never heard back from the emails I sent, and continued to phone to ask what was happening with the order in January. now in April, I have still not got my refund back of 170. disgraceful company, I will be taking to small claims court as they shouldn't be operating as a brand.
