I spoke to the manager whom was a lovely knowledgeable lady, and has given myself a lot of guidance and sending me in the right direction for my sister's care,the Manager was softly spoken and caring, as my sister is not old enough for the home I will come for a week's respite in the near further. the virtual tour was very good i did get to see the home with lots of laughter and smiles from the resident's. The menu looked divine keep up the wonderful work during this pandemic.

My relative went to this care home and really wished she had gone there earlier. She had been so afraid of what it would be like after tv news items. Once she was there she was amazed how good it was. She was always so fussy about her food and personal care, her hair was also important to her even at the age of 86 all her needs were met with the care they gave. How we wish she had agreed to go sooner to enjoy all that the Heathfield Care Home offers.

This really is an excellent FIVE STAR care home. Since my mother went into Heathfield Court the family and myself have seen a real positive change in her. Heath field Court is more than a \care home\. All the staff at this home are so caring and take a real interest in their \extended family\. It is so difficult to mention all the staff by name because they are ALL, without exception a very caring team. The food is excellent and the facilities are second to none. My mother now has regular baths (the first time in over 20 years!) - she gets her hair done weekly in the hair salon; is encouraged to join in the many planned activities put on for ALL the residents. I am so impressed with the both the facilities and staff at this care home I am seriously thinking of putting my name down! Thank you Janet & Lorraine for all you are doing to make mums life more comfortable and taking the strain away from me and the family.
