The general manager who was on duty on both Sundays I have visited has been extremely unhelpful! I wanted an item which I couldn’t see, I asked her if there was any in storage and she said “yes but I can’t leave the store” and had the CHEEK to ask me- a CUSTOMER, if I could get a security guard from the shopping centre as her walkie talkie wasn’t working. Add insult to injury, she then asked if I could come back later- what when it suits you? No! That’s poor customer service! In all honesty, I don’t think she could have been bothered with my custom. Always an excuse- well Holland And Barrett Erith, well done for losing a customer I shall never set foot in this store again!

Very friendly staff I've always got time for the customers with a smile and has different free samples in the shop on a weekly basis buy one get one free offers the usual Barret n be Holland quality vitamins and minerals and food products organic range supplements and special food for people with dietary needs they are not a doctor's our nutrition experts but I very helpful
