Amazing gym my oldest daughter has been going a year and a half and her two sisters started this year.. all the staff are so friendly and welcoming! The trainers are extremely hard working and go above and beyond to put my girls at ease. They are very patient and always take the time to go over things until the girl's understand and get the technique right.. it's given them so much confidence and they absolutely love going to their classes.. I'd highly recommend Nemesis I wouldn't send my children anywhere else..

This is my second home. I love this place. I train in Muay Thai and I'm there 5 days a week (more if I could!). The PT is second to none, the classes are awesome. The instructors are amazing, they bend your brain as well as your physical being, and that's a positive thing! They motivate you, they support you, they encourage you, no matter your age, experience, gender, whatever, they're BRILLIANT. The gym is clean and tidy and the equipment is fully maintained to all safety standards. The reception staff are professional, welcoming and knowledgeable. I'd recommend Nemesis all day long. Cone down and give it a go, your first lesson is free....what have you got to lose????

Best gym, best people, best trainers. Nemesis has fantastic staff trainers and facilities, it genuinely feels like a family my kids have all settled in so well to the team and absolutely love the place. Can’t recommend it highly enough, you have to visit to see for yourselves you won’t be disappointed.
