Friendly and informative...especially as we were first time buyers! Help and communication was great throughout the whole process.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Firstly DO NOT LET DEXTER VALUE YOUR HOUSE. Ask for anyone else. He overvalued our property from the beginning and when questioned by us, he guaranteed it would sell. Unfortunately what people are prepared to pay for a house and what mortgage lenders lend is a very different thing. His poor valuation delayed our purchase. Secondly, once the sale progressed their was no explanation as to what happened next and also they had added that we would accept a sale at the asking price. A discussion we hadn't had. Thirdly, strangely they were always \just about to call or email us\ as we called them. The final nail in the coffin was when we found out that the leasehold on our property was under 65 years which means no mortgage lender will lend to purchase the house. RBJ Northumberland Heath blamed our solicitor for not informing us of this but after discussion with the solicitor it's the agents responsibility to discuss all elements of the purchase as houses are sold with reduced leases. I will NEVER use RBJ Northumberland Heath again EVER! GREEDY, UNPROFESSIONAL IDIOTS who wasted our time and money with their poor grasp & knowledge in their field of, so called \expertise\. Complaints will formally be made to the company as employees there need to be more responsible for the advice, or lack of, as their input has caused nothing but stress and anxiety in an already stressful process & ultimately resulted in us having to pull out of a sale, thus rendering those in our chain floundering. I think what the staff at RBJ Northumberland Heath have taken for granted is that they are, instructed and paid, to be the voice and advisor of us \laymen\ who do not understand the complexities of house buying/selling. Sadly on this occasion RBJ Northumberland Heath failed to provide the service they pedal for the extortionate fees they charge. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Have just come out of a 6-month Sales Process, thanks to Garry Hazell and his Team at Robinson Jackson, N.heath. When we decided to sell, we knew we would market through R.J, having bought and sold with them since 1983. Safe to say that we chose well. From our first introduction we were dealt with in a really friendly, professional manner. At each turn we were kept informed on a regular basis. Even in a hard market, we had many viewings, a few offers, and our eventual buyer. The sales process was fairly straight forward. We were expecting it to be slightly protracted due to it being a Leasehold property. However, the few hiccups we encountered, we took advice from Garry. But then none of us legislated for the effect Covid would have on our everyday lives, not least the effect it had on the housing market! Fair to say that things were awkward. But during Lockdown we were kept informed on a very regular basis. Garry and his Team continued to work very hard for us, in what was becoming a bit of a nightmare situation. Long -story-short, in the very capable hands of Garry and his Team and our solicitor, we finally Exchanged and Completed on the same day a couple of weeks ago! That day was slightly surreal as we really didn't think we'd ever get there. So it is with much gratitude that we give Garry Hazell, Dexter Hodges and Jane Wilkinson the praise they deserve. We think their individual areas of expertise and ability to work with their clients is what makes R.J., in our opinion, probably the 'Go To' Estate Agents locally. Special Thanks go to Dexter Hedges. His customer care and professionalism are second to none, so a big Thank You to him. We felt that we were in very capable hands throughout this whole process which, given the unprecedented circumstances, is testimony to using a Selling Agent who knows their job! Great Stuff!
