By far the worst opticians i have used. I used the shop in Erith to get glasses and lenses previously and recently had blurred vision in one eye so booked an eye test. The optician had serious concerns and told me that he wanted to refer me to the hospital as a matter of urgency. 10 days passed and i had still not heard anything, with my condition worsening, so i called the shop and they had no record of the referral - turns out the optician had forgot to send it! They resent the letter and another week passed so i called again and they couldnt find a record of the hospital they said they sent it to. I went to another optician and saw an eye specialist within 2 days. If you want cheap glasses and poor customer service, go to Spec Savers Erith. If you want quality eye care from professionals, go somewhere else.
