I had a really bad experience here. I went to buy a smartphone and accepted help from staff trying to decide between two phones. Instead of answering questions I had, he followed his own agenda and got very argumentative. I told him I preferred the phones I was thinking about because they fit my (female) hands. He told me I shouldn't use a smartphone then. Within two minutes he then tried to sell me a contract. When I told him I did not want to commit to one without thinking about it, but I needed a phone now, he told me that people who could not afford a contract should not have a phone in the first place and work more. He added that people who did not choose one when they are able to afford it are stupid. To sum up, I felt really belittled and judged. He discriminated against financially disadvantaged people and women. I left. One star because he let me.

Great help from the staff...
I bought a Chromecast ultra 4K took it home realised I had just wasted money. Gave it back. Red hot tip:keep the receipt you if you don't want problems when you exchange stuff. Be warned you end up buying stuff you didn't plan to, these people are well stocked and good at their job. Ask questions the staff will help you.
The place is accessible via public transport, even if it is slightly away from the erlangen Town centre. The setup is huge and the variety offered is quite high. Staff is nearly always available to help. Really recommended if you are looking to purchase Digital products.
