I went here a couple months ago looking to see if they could paint a car that I was buying my Uncle, and they treated us rudely. I overheard one of the employees saying that \we look like criminals\. That was so offensive! I was born in Erlangen but moved to America, and I have never experienced this kind of behavior. I was visiting from America for two weeks, and wanted to buy my Uncle a car, and get it painted at Molden. The employees are disrespectful, and judgmental. They lost a good customer, because I was planning on spending a lot of money there. To be called a criminal because of the way my uncles looks was offensive! I am from America, I have money, and I was planning on giving them my business. Never judge a book by its cover, just because my uncle looks like he has no money, I have money, and its hard working American Money!

Die Ausführung der Leistungen des Kundendienst waren mangelhaft und mussten von einer anderen Werkstatt korrigiert werden. Außerdem wurde die Ursache eines aufgetretenen Fehlers nicht festgestellt trotz durchgeführter Inspektion.
