Best service in a shop in Germany I ever had. Employees are so friendly and willing to help. In my case the inner shoe of my ski shoe was broken. The shoe was bought in NL (so not even in this Intersport) but still the colleagues were very happy to support and find a right solution together. Also, employees speak very well English or are at least willing to try. I would really recommend to pay a visit to this shop in case you need some (sport) equipment or service.
