Extremely disappointed with the service received yesterday! The lady was rude, pushed my phone and contract to me, said it is my fault that they did not input the data and give me the correct guidance and that I should solve it on my own. Absolutely disgusted! Staff like that should certainly not be in the customer service industry!

Bei wiederholter Reklamation - die zweite schlechte Erfahrung. Keine Einsicht, keine Entschuldigung, keine Lösungen, nur Erklärungen, warum es nicht geht und wo wer welchen Fehler gemacht hat. Sehr unfreundlich. Nie wieder Vodafone !
