Website says they are open for drive-thru till 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Was just there on Wednesday at 5:05 p.m., teller said they just closed.

Customer service has taken a sharp decline ever since they switched from Bank of Kentucky. Currently sitting alone in the drive thru. Have been for 10 minutes.

BB&T sucks!!!!! Took my lunch break to drive there on Saturday when google says they’re suppose to be open but it was closed. Why? Also they charge they’re own customers 5 for money orders. What a rip off!!!!
