just moved to the area and went in there to have my drivetrain adjusted and was met with very rude and disrespectful customer service. they were very off-putting and should be ashamed of themselves for how they treat new customers. I will never deal with these people or any of the chain stores.

I'm new to cycling, but the Erlanger staff took the time to help me out and give guidance on everything from wheel sizes to drivetrains to forks. I worked with a rep named Nick. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions (even helped me load the bike in the car). I've been having a blast riding at Devou and England-Idlewild.

Fresh Starter

THEY PRETENDED TO FIX MY BIKE, IT COULD HAVE KILLED ME. Took my bike in to be serviced, needed a chain resizing and some brake adjustments. I specifically told them that the chain would come off during riding and that it needed to be adjusted. I made sure they understood several times during the interaction. It took them a week to get the chain work done, and the first time I rode it, the chain slipped off. They hadn't touched it, they pretended to fix it. I brought it back in and they refused me service. Would give 0 stars if I could.
