Awesome service provided regarding our heat pump. The technician, Mason, was timely, kind, knowledgeable, articulate, clean (wore boot covers & mask), & helpful in making sure I understood what was being said. We have also purchased parts from the niceley's store and had great experience. Highly recommend this business

Bought a fan motor to fix my heat pump myself “DIY”. Staff was very helpful in walking me through what I needed to do. It saved me 600. Would highly recommend!
I called Niceleys for a part for my microwave. They were very helpful and friendly and found the part needed. And it was an easy fix. I picked the part up and when I arrived they brought it out to curbside with a friendly smile. I have used them before and will continue using Niceleys in the future.
Mason came out & got our furnace working. He was very polite and knowledgeable. And also gave us helpful advice about how to care for out unit in between tune-ups. I highly recommend Niceley's.
