I have a challenging case with my right hip. I highly recommend Dr. Hamilton for hip arthroscopy / hip preservation. He did all he could to provide relief from pain and extend the life of my hip. I value and trust his advice, and he continues to provide helpful consultation almost a year after my surgery. Thank you to Dr. Hamilton, Dr. Bennett, Gabby, and Will.

Dr. Hamilton was informative and helpful. He recommended a shot in my knee. I was petrified. Dr. Hamilton comforted me, and explained everything he was doing. He walked me through the process and the was not to bad.

I’ve never received such callous disregard in a physician’s office. I was being seen for my shoulder and was wearing a sling to mobilize my arm. The receptionist instructed me multiple times to complete a 2-page medical history. It was rather obvious that I was physically unable to complete the task. After explaining to her each time that I could not write, she finally assisted. After the examination, Dr. Hamilton’s assistant handed me my sling with no intention to assist. It was again obvious I needed assistance as I had nearly zero range of motion. He put the sling on so loosely that it had to be readjusted by a family member. Furthermore, I had to ask for his assistance getting off the table so I wouldn’t fall. If I could give a negative rating I would. Dr. Hamilton also seemed rather impersonal and didn’t give an opportunity to ask a question. I was scheduled for a MRI more than a week later which was also rather a shock since I was referred by an emergency room the previous evening. I am a middle-age woman who is a licensed healthcare provider and I assure anyone that this treatment showed an utmost lack of regard for patient well being.

I had an awful experience with Dr. Hamilton. It was really frustrating to go through 2 months of rehabilitation just to be told I would have to have complete ACL reconstruction at some point in the future. What was more frustrating though, was the complete lack of attention I received. My initial visit I spent less than 5 minutes with the doctor. My post-checkup was the same. He did not seem to care to give me time to process the terrible news he gave me, nor did he seem to really care that I just heard 'come back when your ACL pops again.' His empathy is a solid 0/10 - that's not what I want from my doctor. Ultimately I felt like I was just a quick . I visited him at the beginning of the COVID crisis, when elective surgeries were on hold. The medical industry was hurting for money, and I (a 23 year old who had gone through a traumatic event) was an easy target to send through the system. Do not trust him, especially now. Its clear where his focus lies: money \u003e his patients health and safety.

Dr. Hamilton and his staff are super to work with. I was listened to and not over treated but treated with the least invasive option to eliminate my knee pain. I very much appreciate this fine group of physicians!

The best patient centered care was provided by Dr. Hamilton and staff for an initial appointment. Will give additional reviews as my treatment continues.
