I went here this morning (about 10:30)searching for newspapers. I was happy to find a nice selection of newspapers available. I was 3rd or 4th person in line. The working cashier greeted, thanked, and wish everyone who made a purchase a good day except when it was my turn to purchase a paper. Strangely enough, I know of someone else who had a bad experience by a cashier who challenged the authenticity of his valid driver's license and used a tone of voice of authority and demeaning. I suspect their might be bias imbedded in the culture of the company and/or the management of the company. Consumer beware.

When I walk into a convenient store, I don't expect the service to be stellar. But the girl working the register tonight was ridiculous. She never spoke to me. Too busy speaking to her associate to tell me how much my merchandise was, even after I asked her. I had change. We're supposedly in a coin shortage, but she paid no attention. She did decide to remark as I was leaving, \bye I got change\. Absolutely ridiculous behavior!
