I have been purchasing from KL fresh for quite a while now and the experience has been good so far.. veggies are fresh and delivered within time frame. I had a bad experience with a fruit (water melon to be specific) in one of the deliveries which was fully refunded promptly for the whole quantity. Good service and competitive pricing.

First time purchase, the app/web shopping experience was easy, as was the online payment. Delivery of items was quick and hassle free. The quality of fruits and vegetables was fairly okay. The taste and freshness of items I can only comment after I actually use the items.
I had been purchasing vegetables through online watsapp mode since national lockdown from local shops. Thereafter saw an Ad abt KLFresh and gave a try via App. Once i had an bad exp in delivery of strawberry , their Customers Care support is awesome. They instantly gave a refund within minutes of complaint. Wonderfull !! Vegies are of best quality easy to cut, low waste, easy to cook and tasty! The most attractive packing of each items. Now they provide free delivery irrespective of an Minimum Amount. Good going KL Fresh team! Keep delivering organic fresh veggies at reasonable rates and attractive offers and packing!
