The lady biji vallavan is very rude to her customers...she doesn't know how to behave good to her customers....one of the worst designer in Ernakulam district.. Never ever expect timely delivery. Chance of getting your dress in proper fitting is 50:50. She will have lame excuses if the work is wrong. Anyway they won't accept their mistakes, but she want full amount... ...and the sad thing is dat I again gave my dresses for 2nd stitching in another shop bcoz of the imperfection....and this lady says that "she can't do anything for the imperfection and she want her money.....that's it....she is very greedy.....

delivery not in time.. rude behavior... beads work on blouses can be done in excellent way with wrinkles on blouse, which is a fact that all customers should accept before placing work order with Olivia.. Beware.... you are not allowed to question them, if their work is bad.....

Worst place with the most arrogant owner lady ...I had a dress stitched there and not only did she not complete the work on time she behaves so rudely for her mistake of not remembering the delivery date.....she never responds for the calls or msgs...we had to give nearly 3-4 chances to get the dress stitched ..and that too just the day before our function...each time i had to take pains to go till her shop as the lady was never responding for the calls...she was totally arrogant in speaking and behaviour... I had to pay 6000 rs for my top of which i was not satisfied in stitching...(but the work done ws excellent -thanks to the poor workers there) Recommend to no one as its the worst place to go....

The worst place on the planet. If you can’t do things properly then why do u have to take up commitments? Really regret going to a place like this. Firstly do understand that customers are the lifeline of any business, if u can’t treat them well... the. Pls stop doing this. We have phones for communication not to simply post pics or chat, when the customer calls minimum have the courtesy to pick up. Never ever going to this place....
