Professional, Reasonable and Well Mannered Staff. One of the temple hinges (the side of the optical frame) had come undone and the screws needed to be tightened. I just went inside the shop; I was greeted courteously and was asked about my requirement. The guy took the glasses, fixed it (he tightened the screw on the other hinge as well without me asking for it) and brought it back to me in 2 minutes. I asked, how much do I need to pay. The guy simply said it's general service and I need not pay anything. It's not much of a work but I must say my experience at this outlet was extremely comforting and such customer experiences need to be shared in the public forum so that customers like me who are looking for neat craftsmanship and honest customer service have a genuine outlet to look up to. Thank you guys...

They're really cheating customer. I purchased a new spectacles for 30000 rupees from them they didn't provide the lens prescribed by the doctor and when I approached them they damaged the stuff . Do not purchase anything from them

They are cheating customers. They took 600 rupees for normal lens. Don't go there. Expensive and worst support. Not Recommended.
