Worst experience for my family. On 12/11/18 we were not allowed to board the flight after done full payment to our agent. Any issue with agent was not sorted by them & we were hold ransom. They dint bother about payment four days & stopped us midway to recover money, which we still did & missed our flight.. Who is responsible for such mental & physical stress faced by us..

He played a game in money transfer to our company. We informed him before the package booking the complete payment should be done before the departure day. But your agent talking nicely and make us convinced for payment on departure day. our team also trusted him and said that Ok. But on Departure day we did not received the payment. We contacted him many times he is not picking our calls. we stoped you at hotel. Immediately he contacted and said now only transferring please inform to driver to start the vehicle. We have waited for 30 min. No response. Immediately we informed to driver to stop the vehicle. Driver stopped 5 km away from the airport. He sent one Duplicate Screenshot of transferred voucher. we said we dont trust because the screenshot is fake because he done photoshop and sent to us and forgot to edit the time. there we caught him. immediately i told him if u dont transfer money we will file a case against you. we have warned him that we will file 2 cases. one is cheating us and another is editing the bank online payment receipt. after that what happened dont know you guys what spoke with him dont know but finally received the payment to driver. This is the story behind your missing Flight. A Kind Note to your family dont blame on others. Also you have given reviews in wrong manner. Nobody will wait 4 days for the payment after completion of the tour. We Provide Extreme Services to our Customers. Our First Priority is to Serve the Customers THE BEST. Next only anything. Hope you understand the situation happened behind you. Thank you.

Worst experience ever...Missed my flight because of the agent and he didn't allow us to reach airport and next day i had my university exam..we came to Mumbai in train without ticket and faced alot of trouble... i would have missed my exam because of his stupidity.
