The manager is very disrespectful to customers & when I informed her about empty soap & paper towels in the restroom, she rolled her eyes & mumbled under her breath. I'll never go back to this CVS & am rethinking where I get my parents' rX filled. The manager spends her time chatting with pharmacists with her back to customers.

I have received the worst service at this store. I called to see if the store had a medicine the doctor had told me to get. The person I spoke stated the had the medicine in stock. After driving from Lillington the clerk stated they were out of the medicine. They denied they had told me it was in stock. I had to drive to Benson to get my medicine.

I've never had a problem at the store until last week. I usually walk out of there happy, & sometimes laughing but, There was one tall thin cashier up front who was a bit rude and snooty. Thank goodness they changed shift before I checked out.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!!! This is one of the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with!!! They blame the doctors offices for their errors. They keep you on hold forever and then just hang up on you! They tell patients that they couldn't get in contact with anyone at the prescribing doctor's office when in reality they never tried to in the first place. They lie to cover up their own mistakes. I work for a Dr. office and I have been dealing with pharmacy's for 10 years and this is by far the worst one around. DO NOT USE THEM!!! -2 STARS
