I don't know who is paying for these new rave reviews but this place is a circus since the management change. We have been in 10 or more times and have yet to get a correct order. The sanitation is a mess...there is stuff starting to grow on the window ledge. They are bringing in an experienced waitress from Benson when it's busy and she had to change out 3 of 4 forks because of dried egg on them yesterday. She had to walk the cook through the order while trying to give the new young wait staff directions on what they should be doing. They continued to wander back and forth doing nothing, didn't touch dishes or try to clean the nasty backline floor or tables. Meanwhile the manager just sat in the office the entire time. Apparently after the management changed the good cooks and wait staff left as well ...lots of new young unmotivated people with a less than pleasant disposition. I was in there during a staff meeting one day and the new female manager was not very managerial... including making sarcastic remarks out loud to everyone about a cook who was walking through the parking lot. The ship is going down fast.

Had a GREAT breakfast today. My waitress Janelle gave me a special treat with my waffle! Come in and ask for her to show off her artistic abilities!!
Donate was courteous and friendly. He immediately took my order and, got my coffee while I was waiting for my food. He kept checking to see if I needed coffee refill or anything else. Food was hot when served.
First time at a Waffle House ever. Ms. Snookie was amazing, she was extremely kinda and funny!!! Food was amazing, anyone else who didn't give this place a 5 star is just straight up wrong. 10/10 would always come back.

Clean and service was polite. It was very early in the morning yet the staff was just as upbeat as an afternoon shift. I enjoyed my visit very much.

Low quality food at a high price! Waffle house is all about location, location, location. Survey the waffle houses in the city are better than this Dunn location!
