The worst bike shop experience I've ever had. They have lots of bike and a good looking bike repair shop, though they have no clue what they are doing with real mountain bikes. I only wanted new oil putting in my brakes as they were getting very low and I was on my way to the Alps for lots more riding, the brakes were still working fine when I dropped the bike off. The owner decided to try and fully service both brakes and totally broke the seals on the rear brake and left me with no option but to buy a standard Deore brake for over 90euro plus working hours. Plus... The front brake was not aligned correctly, the pads were only sitting on half of the disc and the brake then seized up the next day. I should have known they had no clue when the guy thought Shimano brakes used Dot oil, we had to tell him they use mineral oil. He also told me my brake pads were seriously dangerous, they had over 25% of the pad left. When I picked up the bike, he was more concerned about the dirty oil he changed, then he told me my brake pad wear was dangerous, all before telling me that the rear brake was broke.

Wir haben nach einem schweren Unfall, unser Fahrrad reparieren lassen. Wir fragten alle Mitbewerber in der Region. Uns wurden stundensätze von bis zu 80 genannt. Spekulationen bis zu 450, und viele andere Dinge, bis hin zum empfohlenen Neukauf. Dann rief ich hier an, kurz wurden mir Preise genannt, natürlich unter vorbehalt, da man das gute Stück erstmal sehen muss. Arbeit wurde zur vollen Zufriedenheit erledigt, kleine zusatz arbeiten wurden mit erledigt. Das ganze unter 50 und absolut perfekt. Das Fahrrad ist auf seiner Jungfernfahrt, die ersten 14 Kilometer. Wir sagen danke, wir kommen gerne wieder. Kompetenz Sehr ehrlich Alles wird gut besprochen und erläutert Preis Leistung

Super schneller und kompetenter Service, Dauer des Service länger angegeben und dann war es von einem Tag auf den anderen erledigt, da freut man sich doch :) und preislich auch alles im Rahmen und angemessen. Danke
Total unfreundlich alleine schon am Telefon, so behandelt man Kunden? Ich glaube von den Satz Kunde ist König hat er nie was von gehört.
Hatte da ein nicht so einfach zu lösendes Problem.. War der einzigste der es dann reapiert hatte..(andere Fahrradhaendler wollte es nicht reparieren) Preislich war es auch nicht so teuer...
