Lack of professionalism - bad management

I am warning you about this school, its owners do not have any social skills and resolve matters in favour of their own commercially driven and not student oriented aims. Under no circumstance rent a flat with them. They might remove you from your accomodation due to some imaginary rules they do not include in their official school statute, or may change the flat you like only because they see a business opportunity for themselves. They dispose over only one or two great teachers, the rest being just a regularly or badly prepared staff. Not recommendable!

Complete waste of my time. Went in for a low level Spanish lesson and was told by a staff member who spoke 0 english how \young\ I was and how \español es muy dificil\ both very demeaning and not helpful for a learning environment. Still confused because no one could communicate with me, I was put in a room with what I believe to be another student, though it could have been a poorly trained staff member. I was told to \escuchar\ to their conversation and began taking mental notes on what I understood. After 30 minutes of discussion between them without once turning to me, I became frustrated. The last 30 minutes of my \lesson\ continued in the same way, and the female staff member who seemed to be the instructor looked at her phone more than at myself. For this kind of experience I'd be much better suited watching a TV show with subtitles. Never going back here.

Bonjour , J'ai découvert un peu par hasard Escuela de Idiomas Carlos V ce fut pour moi une belle surprise. Qualité de l'accueil et du suivi du parcours, réactivité, disponibilité et gentillesse au niveau de l'administratif. Grandes qualités pédagogiques , les cours sont vraiment intéressant tant dans les cours collectifs et les classes de conversation que dans les cours individuels. une excellente manière de découvrir ou d'approfondir la langue espagnole. je recommande chaleureusement cet établissement . Academia excelente a nivel profesional y académico. Sin duda alguna la volvería a elegir ya que tienen muchos recursos y el profesorado está muy bien formado. En la situación que estamos viviendo actualmente todo se lleva con buenas medidas e higiene.

Exelente academia. El personal es muy profesional a la vez q cercano, las instalaciones son amplias, modernas e inmejorablemente situadas en la Avenida Republica Argentina (los Remedios) junto a una parada de metro.Profesores nativos.... En fin, hice un curso intensivo para sacar el B2 de inglés y ahora me he vuelto a apuntar a un curso escolar enfocado al nivel C1. Muy contento.

Un 10 como escuela, un diez como profesionales. Profesores excelentes y organización estupenda. Recomiendo 100% esta academia, te ayudan en todo, cualquier duda te la resuelven y lo mejor de todo enseñan muy bien, jamás me imaginé que aprendería en tan poco tiempo tanto alemán. Sin duda volvería a repetir.
