Two weeks ago my solar inverter packed up and following a service check the following day I was told that I needed a new inverter. Following a talk with the service person I decided to go for a Remote Monitoring have been told that I could monitor my system and I would not have to do reading as they were done by the remote system and sent to my Feed in Tariff company (British Gas.) So paid the extra money for this as I use to be able to see what was happening as I could on my old system. This was in installed I have now found out that British Gas do not accept remote reading so I have got to do them myself and from what I was told by the person who put the system in I cannot look at the system as there is no link without paying more money for it. I phone your company and was told they would get someone to phone me back so far no one has for the money I have paid I would of expected a better service.

I paid this company to do a service check on my solar panels over 4 months ago. They said they called to the house, but I received no notification by e-mail (they later said they did not have my e-mail address which is not true) and there was no message send to our cell phones. Every attempt to arrange a time for them to come and do a service check has failed. They refuse to give a date. Finally I asked for my money back but they refuse to respond. I would never do business with them again.
