Living in a small condo with only one window, I decided that I wanted to get a "fake" window in my living room to give the illusion that I had another window and make my space look bigger. I was looking for a company that made windows I could install on my wall without having to cut through it and I wanted something that was thin enough to look realistic and not bulky. I researched many different companies and came across Prosky Panels online as it was the only company that provided a product that did just that. I emailed the company with my order and wired the money seamlessly. Communication was efficient through WhatsApp and the employees there were super-responsive to all of my questions and providing me with an order status update. Within a few days, my order arrived by mail and it only took me 15 minutes to install the window. The quality was superb and I loved the window fabric material since it was very easy to install and I could tell it would last a long time. I also ordered other panel designs so I could change out the look of the windows based on the season, which is a great way to make the windows look realistic. Overall, I would order from this company again and am very pleased with my purchase and the customer service I received from this company.

When I first discovered Prosky Panels I was a little hesitant to purchase from them as they were located in Turkey and I lived in the United States. But I decided to take a chance because I really liked what I saw. So I sent them an email and I got a response a couple hours later. At that point they told me about “What’s App” that allowed us to communicate quickly and with a built in translator. I decided on what I wanted and I was sent a draft to approve. Once I approved the draft it took a couple days for them to produce and two days to ship it to me. After I received the product there was a you tube video along with English directions to help install (very easy installation). The final product turned out awesome. I will be getting some additional images in the future for my new windows in our basement. Great service and a great product.

These guys are awesome. I ordered from Colorado and was nervous about dealing with people so far away. But after some face-to-face on WhatsApp, I was very comfortable dealing with them and, when my order arrived quicker than I expected, I had questions about installation and found them to be so incredibly helpful and genuinely interested in my satisfaction with the transaction and the product. I wish I felt this good about all my business dealings.

With COVID in our lives now and staying home most of the time, my wife and I decided to renovate our basement to keep busy. After walls were up and carpentry work was finished, it was time to decorate. Since we live on Lake Erie in Pennsylvania, we decided on a nautical theme for our basement. I was going to build my own fake window with some kind of lighted beach picture. In my research to find some idea on how to build this window, “Prosky Panels” kept coming up in my web searches. I really liked what I saw. Their website was very professional and when I emailed them, there was a quick response. I never made an international purchase before, but after a few texts and phone calls to Prosky, I was made to feel very comfortable. I ended up buying (2) 130x170 panels with a beautiful beach scene and was even helped with the wire transfer by a Prosky representative’s direct call when the bank needed help at the time of the transfer. It took just 2 days to get delivered to my house in the US, just like Prosky said it would, even though I did not believe it could arrive that fast. You can’t get that kind of service even within the US. The assembly and installation went smoothly, really not that bad. When my wife and I both sat down and hit the panel remote we could not believe how beautiful it was. Exceeded all our expectations. Breathtaking!! Such detail, even with the LED’s turned off. We are very satisfied customers. It changed the whole look and feel of our basement, now called our family room. Thank you Abrahim for all your help from start to finish including the after hour phone calls, because of the 8 hr time difference.
