Once you pay the deposit, forget about getting it back. They have a bunch of excuses up their sleeves. I recommend not going to this place at all,

They will rip you off , taking deposit only in cash and telling you we’ll send it to you 10 days after you return the vehicle, just forget your money, ** I used my credit card to pay the deposit, got declined, although I used the same card a day before, and after I left their office . ** I didn’t get a sim card or an internet connection, so I asked for a gps navigator , they told me everything is available in the vehicle, after signing the contract, it turned out that all menus and navigation menus are in Turkish language, I refused, but they forced me to pay one day rent, although it was 6 pm !!and I didn’t take the car ! Saying they lost a customer!

First time renting with these guys. Seemed very pleasant at first but then found out that their service is very bad once they get your money. If you leave a deposit with them, forget about getting it back. They will try to charge you for everything and anything possible just so that they don’t have to return your money. Horrible. Never again. If there was an option for 0 stars I’d give it to them.

Adana'ya giderken bu firmadan araba kiraladık.Ben temizliğe önem veririm özellikle uzun yolculuklarda arabanın hijyen ve temiz olması çok önemli.Çocuklar da olduğundan özellikle.Araba gerçekten hem bakımlı hem tertemizdi.Kendi aracımız gibi rahat ve konforlu bir yolculuk yaptık.Hiç bir sıkıntı yaşamadık.Çok memnun kaldık.Teşekkürler.
