5 months ago I find this firm who agreed to take my case over. At the time I thought it's was a professional firm, maybe it's. But the solicitor who took my case Ms. Snowdon she is the worst solicitor I have ever meet. So before the hearing she supposed to prepare my statement for my hearing on the 9th October, so she prepared my statement, but it wosent strong enough to win my case. She didnt want to put more effort into it. Then she recommended me a barrister from Harcourt Chambers her name is Ms. Wickham the worst barrister I have come across, she drafted the court order, then she went to see my ex to show the draft order, after she come back she added extra on the court order without my consent, she was following my ex's instructions. And I was not aware with what she added. When the court order come through the post week later and I have opened to see, I was shocked to see how was drafted with a lot of inconsistency and the dates & days were not corresponding with each other. And when i called back the firm to speak to Snowdon about the inconsistency in the court order, and explain to her, she said she will amended, then she amended and she added diferent date again without my consent and made it even more worst. And on the 9th October she forced me to give an undertaking to follow the Court Order becouse my ex instructed her. If you have a barrister she supposed to support your case and being in your site and do what it is the best for your child, as she is a mother her self, but Ms. Wickham was in my ex site. And now she blames on me for her own mistakes. I had 8 hearings at the Central family court with diferent barristers on legal aid and no one made such a big inconsistency in a court order. If you coming a cross this firm and hearing about Ms. Snowdon and Harcourt Chambers Ms. Wickham try and avoid them two, becouse if you won't you'll have a big regrets that you got involved with them. Don't trust neither of them. Avoid them all you can.
