Superb! Free survey was conducted swiftly, with good solid advice on suitability of product, fitting and use. Quote was very competitive and the order process was simple. Turnaround time was much quicker than expected. The product is lovely, the remote control blinds are a real feature in our new home. The fitting was straightforward and hassle free; no mess, no fuss. We first contacted Phil and Joe 18 months as we were looking for some concealed blinds to fit within the casing we had already purchased some time before from another company. We were aware that fitting concealed blinds into the very tight space we had available was not going to be easy and were impressed by their knowledge, solution-based adaptability and expertise. They offer an extensive range of fabric colours and styles for the blinds themselves which made it really easy to choose the right blinds to suit our newly built extension. What's more, they even offered to take the casing we had away to their factory so that it could be sprayed in our preferred colour to blend in with the rest of the room. They did a fabulous job and the blinds look absolutely beautiful - we get lots of positive comments about them! A few days ago we had a slight issue with the side of one of the blinds. All it needed was one quick email to Phil and Joe and they were back first thing this morning with their smiling faces, can-do attitudes and steamer to the rescue! They quickly corrected the issue and steamed the blind back to its original condition. So not only did they do an outstanding job with the blinds in the first place but their customer service and after sales experience is second to none - we can't recommend them more highly!
Really happy with my blinds, very competitive price for three blinds that are remote controlled, really fast turnaround and installation and great customer service. Have struggled to get blinds to fit my flat and really disliked the service from the chain blind companies so breath of fresh air to get them sorted so quickly and easily. Would strongly recommend.
