If you car has not any fault after buying from them that’s great. But if you are like me who experienced many faults then STAY AWAY from them as their after sale customer service is really bad. Your number will be saved as DON’T ANSWER in their contacts if you ring them to get answer. Bought a car from them but broke down 3 times, it looked like they just reset fault code and give you car back. First diesel leak, second injection system and third just massive smoke under bonnet. They agreed to refund me finally and promised in 5 days that I will have money but didn’t start the process for two weeks and said accountant are busy or they don’t know why refund is not going through etc. Don’t buy from them.

bought a audi a4 b8 1.8tfsi 2008 in june last year, everything went well then i started having misfire and oil leaks, i arranged it to bring it back for them to look at it and they took care of everything and returned the car back, took some time because of covid, but after a few months, they made sure the issue was fully resolved before taking it back, been driving it since and no issue, honestly trust these guys and amazing customer service

Purchased a bmw 318D touring. Top customer service, the salesmen are very laid back and not pushy salesmen like some dealers I have experienced in the past. The guys here insured the car was in the best condition it could be for a 13 year old car and dealing with any issues effortlessly. My car feels new and is lovely to drive. I will not have any second thoughts in recommending car vouch to anyone I know who is looking to purchase a new second hand car!
