Amazing Pharmacy, they know what they are talking about, always willing to help and very polite. Never had a single problem with them, it’s my pharmacy of choice without doubt. Move over boots and support your local high street. Thank you to all the staff at Central who work so hard in helping the community.

Disappointing - repeat prescription - no automatic alert system. Asked by staff if I wanted to sign up for repeat prescription, as it was for heart condition tablets. I was told i would get text alerts etc. They took both my mobile phone and email details. Nothing has been communicated and it's been 2 months. When I rang for this, the pharmacist claimed that there were abuses of the nhs and he would not want to be red-flagged over the repeat prescription process. He has behaved, in the past, quite arrogantly over doctors prescriptions - to the point it was almost as though he knew better than the doctors. Also told me that I needed to be responsible for taking care of my child's medication as he was 8 years old. Not sure how you can teach a child responsibility if the parent is always doing the job for them. And who is the pharmacist to tell me how to raise my child? My child is old enough to understand the importance of his medicine and this is the first time we have been 'late' getting a repeat on order. Again, if the service for repeat prescriptions alerts would have been in place, this would never have happened. I would prefer to use another high street pharmacist. Have had 3 times too many distasteful experiences to continue using this one.
