I found this Council, professional, caring and giving me the opportunity to better myself, without making me feel uncomfortable.

Our bins were missed during collection on Tuesday. On Wednesday I emailed the complaints team at the Council to ask why they had been missed and to ask for arrangements to be made for their collection. I fully expected to wait a week, maybe get an apology but still to have to wait 2 weeks for the next collection. However, I had a response by Thursday apologising and asking me to put the bins back out for collection on Friday. They were collected as advised. Great service and hugely exceeded expectations formed from previous dealings with councils!

Get these potholes sorted out!! This is the worst I have seen ever. Don't wait until people start suing you for damages, get out there and fix them and save council money, our cars, even a life. At present, driving from Walton to the A3, as an example, one has to keep swerving into oncoming traffic. Somebody will come a cropped. It is a false economy to wait for people to identify them. We had to claim 600 last year due to that pothole on that bend just down from Walton station. The council could drive around for just 30minutes and likely spit 20 dangerous potholes. Be proactive!!

Communal bins for 18 flats not emptied after nearly a month! 12 calls and despite promises rubbish still there. It stinks and people have windows closed in 30 degrees heat. Flies. Foxes ripping open bags. Spoke to Freddie, Natalie, Georgia and Dawn. All promised to resolve. Council not fit for purpose. Disgusting.

Let down once again. Travellers on the field behind farm road 25 to 30 vans. Human excrement and rubbish and urinating all along the fence of peoples gardens. Trapped in our own homes cant even take our dogs out let alone let our children play out. Cars, quads and motorbikes skidding around all hours of the day and night with children at the wheel. Call 101 and are told they will apply for eviction notice in 3 days time. They already been there for a week. Come on Elmbridge height restriction gates needed.
