Great place to spend hours of walk. You can ride horse, ride a bike or walk and run. Several places to catch your breath and enjoy the views pf woods or lake. With ups and downs it is also good exercise. Loved it. The car park is a bit small but there is quite good circulation of leavers and new comers.

This is actually Horseshoe Clump car park, West End Common. However most of the photos of ponds are Black Pond on Esher Common, which is on the opposite side of the A307 Portsmouth Rd. Both are wonderful areas to visit with diverse flora and fauna on what is now rare lowland acid soil as much of it was deemed only suitable to build on, and of no use for agriculture. All of the Esher Commons are SSSIs.
Never fails to deliver a beautiful walk no matter the weather.
A very popular place so you might have to wait for a parking space before you can enjoy the lovely walks on Esher common Well worth the wait though
A small confined carpark that doesn't cause any eyesores
A small car park just off the A307/Portsmouth road, less then half a mile beyond Claremont landscape gardens on your way to Cobham. A hard surfaced area (unfinished with no markings, some potholes and uneven) that can park 20 cars, if everybody parks sensibly. At peak dog walking hours the car park can be very busy.
Easy to find.
No security. Catalistic converter stolen
