Nice people, very helpful and not too pushy. I went in for an eye test and they seemed to do a thorough job. They went through the various options for frames and contact lenses with me, and I found a nice pair of frames. Shopped around but couldn't find the same frames at a better price so went back later to buy them.

A very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. They explained the whole eye test procedure and I came out with a very stylist new set of frames. Thank you for your help
My father is 79 and lives witha full time carer. He went to this optician for an eye test with a perfectly good pair of reading and a perfectly good pair of distance glasses. When he came home he had bought two new pairs of glasses at 600. I phoned and asked if he had been offered the option of just replacing the lenses in his current glasses. I was given some twaddle that customers are offered this but told the opticians can't take responsibility for any damage to customers own frames at the factory. On questioning him further I was informed that 9 times out of 10 there is no problem at the factory. I wonder how their lens supplier would feel about being blamed for a 1 in 10 damage rate. it's obviously nonsense and I doubt it's 1 in 1000. Basically they use strong tactics like this to up-sell to vulnerable people so if you are elderly or have an elderly relative and plan to visit this opticians have your wits about you. The optician in question was Tony Sappal but it was his business partner who I spoke to on the phone.
Excellent service. Very professional.
