We are extremely happy with the fireplace and surround. The review would have been 5 stars if we had not some pre-installation issues regarding the removal of the original fireplace, as well as some confusion about the location of the gas pipe.

Paul provided us with excellent customer service from start to finish. We are delighted with our new Georgian fireplace and Reflex real effect fire which gives off a great amount of heat and looks beautiful. We would highly recommend Esher Fireplaces and would not hesitate to use them again.
Hole in the wall gas fire fitted Feb 2021. Excellent job, installers very tidy and efficient. Highly recommended.
Really happy with our new fireplace. Excellent service from start to finish. Came round and gave us a quick and easy quote talking us through everything we needed to know. Our home is 119 years old and we had a few issues when installing the flue but these guys sorted everything out at no extra cost. Highly recommend!
Fantastic service and experience. Paul was great at coming out, seeing what our requirements were and finding what we needed. We had originally wanted an inset stove, but they recommended a stove as fitting the space better, and we are glad they did. Very happy with the fire surround and the stove. Highly recommended.
