I have used Esher Tyre & Exhaust a few times, for services such as an MOT and a tire puncture. They are absolutely amazing, squeezing me in at the last minute when it was urgent. Fraser is so helpful and polite, providing an exemplary service. I will continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you!

I have literally just come from Esher Tyre & Exhaust, and Fraser was wonderful! There is an issue with the heating and he was more than happy to drop what he was doing and check it out (he said 'we can't have the kids getting cold!). He even thought he could fix it then and there instead of me having to deal with any insurance hassle. Unfortunately it's a bigger issue (nothing to do with them) - he offered fantastic advice and talked me through every point of what was needed. It is so refreshing to have someone actually help another person! Thank you, it means a lot.
I have often popped in on the off chance as there is something wrong with one of my tyres. Everyone who works there is super friendly and helpful. They have always found out whats wrong then and there and done what they can to help. They are very reasonable priced and would definitely recommend them.
The service I received at Esher Tyres & Exhaust was excellent. After initially being warned that they'd take a look but probably couldn't fix the car till the following week, I then found the problem was diagnosed and fixed by the next morning. A good price too. Both Nick and Fraser were a pleasure to liaise with.

I have my annual service done here after having a couple of punctured tyres fixed. Everyone has been really nice to me and I trust that they don’t ‘invent’ issues to fix on my car. They are much more reasonably priced than our previous garage and offer service without the frills. I’ve read a few reports on here that the manager is rude - I have not found this to be the case at all, but I think he may come across as abrupt when he’s stressed out- take that into consideration when dealing with him- he is a really lovely person.
The story is short, it all began when my husband stopped one Friday to ask if they can change a bearing, which they politely answered that they are not available, so my husband (knows a bit of mechanics) took out the bearing disk himself from the car and with the new bearing and the disk walked to them the next morning (as we live in the neighbourhood) went to ask if they will be available just to take out the "bearing shell" and press IN the new bearing, and THE GUY FRUSTRATING JUST STARTED TO SAY: why did you come, I've told we are not available! and basically emotional conversation on just a simple question, he could of been nicer to explain that they can't do it on this day etc... Very unprofessional!!! He did asked though to come back in 1hr and will see what can be done, but who does return after such treatment!? It's close to our home but defenetly not using their services!
