I highly recommend Lois - she has made some great suggestions to help me increase my strength and reduce niggling back pain. She manages to challenge me to achieve more than I thought I could but without being pushy. I really enjoy her workouts - and for me that is quite an achievement!

Lois gives you best return on your cash and sweat investment out there. You will feel it and it will be commented on by your friends and family in no time. I have been working out with her once a week (in person and online) since November 2016 and have not missed a single session because the workouts are too good and too important to be missed out ! I like working out with Lois because she always challenges me and through regular exercises she instilled a discipline in me that helped me to recover from my small depression that I suffered from in 2016. I am physically and mentally stronger and have far more energy than ever before. Last week when I took my first Krav Maga session with an ease I did all the exercises including close to 30 push ups (!) – I have clearly gained strength in my upper body due to many donkey kicks and mountain climber exercises we practiced with Lois In addition, Lois shares her nutrition tips with me which I really appreciate. I highly recommend her.
Lois' sessions provide a huge amount of variety and challenge, whilst always being great fun!
