Jamie definitely deserves a 5 star review – he has restored me to full working order and pain free over the last few months. I feel like I have had a long overdue full body MOT during which Jamie has utilised a variety of techniques - massage, dry needling, TENS, cupping to name a few. Well worth taking time to see a professional, especially one as knowledgeable, passionate and thorough as Jamie, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Unbelievable value for money. I've been putting off getting long term problems with my shoulders fixed for years due to the amount a good physio costs. In my first session with Jamie, which I expected to just be a generic sports massage to relieve some tightness, I received a full diagnosis of my issues, dry needling and ultrasound to relieve tension that was too deep to manually massage, and a list of exercises to do going forward. The level of service I got for the amount I paid was so good that I now see Jamie weekly to work on the long term issues I've been putting off for so long. Highly recommend.

I've had chronic low back pain for years now, but also pain in the upper back, neck and shoulders from time to time. Treatment from Jamie has worked wonders on it, through a mix of massage, dry needling, heat and ultrasound. The deep tissue massage really gets into the tight muscles and knots much better than any massage I've had before and he has identified other areas which I didn't know were causing pain and treated those as well. He has been great for my long term issues and with treating new issues as they arise.

I call him Mr Miracle man. I had 20 years of massages and complimentary therapies of all sorts but he used techniques that were totally new to me. Highly qualified and really knows his trade, on top of that he is a very pleasant chap. Highly recommend him if you are in any bodily pain.

Saw Jamie yesterday for the first time, already I’m feeling so much better. Jamie is kind and thorough. He does massage, dry needling, ultra sound, hot lamps plus so much more! I’ve seen many other practitioners and never had such a variety of treatments! Highly recommend!

I had severe neck pain and within two sessions Jamie has stopped all pain. My first session I had the "Full Monty" where I recieved a sports massage, dry needling, red light, Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) and cupping. I felt very comfortable and in good hands. Janie is very experienced and I would highly recommend his treatments.
