Attended this soft play with my two children (2 & 5yrs). Both my boys loved the soft play, toys were really good and cleanliness was great. My eldest also tried his hand at crazy golf which he thoroughly enjoyed. We had a bite to eat. The menu had a good choice and was great value for money. Will definitely be returning when next in the area.

A lovely soft play/ playgroup, my daughter ( who is 20 months) loves it, lots for her to do and burn off some energy. There is a good selection of toys and play equipment both indoor and outside. The venue is always clean and has a lovely atmosphere, with friendly, helpful staff always on hand. Pricing is good as I believe it is unlimited stay and there is a good array of food to choice from. Overall a lovely soft play which I will definitely continue to use.
My wife and I took our 20 month old daughter here and we absolutely loved it. Our daughter loved the soft play and all the toys, She had such a fantastic afternoon. The play cafe is run by a lovely couple, very friendly and attentive. You can really tell it’s a great family run business, the perfect place to take your kids. We’ll definitely be back
I have been coming to Sandown Play Cafe for years and the facilities have been getting better and better! The parking is fantastic, the layout of the soft play is perfect as you can see your children very easily whilst also enjoying a coffee. Its great for crawling babies with lots of padding everywhere and also there are other toys and a climbing frame for older siblings too. Perfect place to go on a rainy day and let the children burn off some energy. Impressively clean too!
I visited here with my 2 year old and really enjoyed it! Not just a good soft play (much more relaxed than your normal which is great) but they also hold different workshop/events for kiddies and mums. Highly recommend :)
Great value little soft play. We go all the time and a friend has had their 1st birthday party there and it was great. Best suited for little ones learning to walk as it is small, but there is a little ball pit, a bunch of soft play style building blocks and mats, a slide and hundreds of developmental toys like walkers and buggies and activity tables etc. The staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating and the venue has lots of natural light. The food is also excellent.
Small softplay which has so much potential if they did more with the space. The venue is good and decor is nice ..but sadly the toys are tired and old with the smallest softplay section to climb on. If that bit was a bit bigger (as the space is available) it would definitely be suitable for up to 4years. I would definitely say it's more for prewalkers and just walking but definitely not for a toddler once they're confident walkers and need a bit more to burn energy.
Place is lovely and looks clean but kids got sick after being here. We guess its not food poison because all adult ate same food as kids and they are no problem. so, we guess some toys in the play area might hold norovirus or something bad...so, I emailed to ask to clean them up by alcohol but no reply. Update: manager replied to me that the toys are wiped down with commercial grade disinfectant every evening and in between parties. I think its difficult to do in between parties because of too many toys but he mentioned as above. Anyway, I dont say anything more. but just we dont use here from now on.
