The hard work pays off! The schedule and training by the Pursuit Team is excellent and the results do happen. After a 3 monthly program, I lost 2 inches off my waist which was my key aim together with building my upper body strength. The Pursuit Fitness Team are friendly and approachable. Definitely go and see them.

I've been with Pursuit Fitness for 3 months and joined to tone up and generally lose a few inches. I've found the training motivating and my strength and fitness has increased dramatically! I'm more toned and more motivated to keep working with weights to burn fat. The workout room is great and the trainers are young, fun and inspiring. If you are looking for a way to get into fitness and become more motivated I would highly recommend popping along to meet the team!

I came in for a 28 day crash course and it has transformed my figure and fitness. The emphasis on diet and nutrition was invaluable - some great advice with immediate impact. Weekly monitoring and twice-weekly resistance sessions embedded the good habits formed. I've lost weight and body-fat, and increased confidence in my ability to keep improving. Thanks a lot Pursuit!

Esher’s best kept secret I contacted pursuit fitness at the end of the summer when I was feeling so low about my weight, I had no self-confidence or self esteem. So much so that after signing up and paying for a 21 day fitness program, I didn’t have the confidence to turn up to my first session! I did not need to feel humiliated and feel anymore a failure than I already did ... I could not have got it more wrong! Based in the heart of Esher, Pursuit Fitness educate, motivate and transform. The team have re-educated me on food and nutrition and the importance of protein, fats and carbohydrates in my diet, they are encouraging, kind and fun showing me that exercise can be strangely addictive and the results from their program has been amazing. In a relatively short period of time, I have started to feel more positive and confident about myself, I have more energy, sleep better and even the ache of muscles is annoyingly rewarding. Thank you for welcoming me into your community Pursuit Fitness.

VERY expensive for what it is. I did the 28 day crash course and didn't lose much weight at all. The trainers are nice though and know what they are doing, just a shame it is so expensive. :(

I've been 'working' with PFT for 6 weeks now and am loving it. Chris and the team have helped me to identify goals and tailor workouts for me accordingly. The personal training doesn't stop there, I've been given a food plan (easy to follow), have been educated about food choices and have received masses of encouragement along the way. I am losing weight, changing shape and have more energy, and I'm enjoying myself in the process - result!

I joined Pursuit Fitness Training back in August ’17 after I had dislocated my shoulder and my doctor recommended I do some targeted physical exercise under strict supervision. I can honestly say it’s been a transformative experience – over the course of six months I’ve managed to build muscle mass, reduce body fat, adjust my diet and learnt how to phase out bad nutritional habits that were affecting my overall health. More importantly, the experience has taught me that you can achieve significant results through regular workouts and a balanced diet if you apply yourself with the right attitude and commitment. I wouldn’t have accomplished this without the help and support of the team at PFT.

I contacted PFT initially to see if they could help me strengthen my core due to an on-going weakness/pain I had been experiencing. I didn’t have any specialist knowledge with how best to tackle the issue and was hoping for advice, and a programme I could also incorporate into my daily routine. During my initial consultation with Anthony, I decided to go ahead with the 21 Day fitness programme. The results have been excellent. The team were fully aware of my issue and the programme was based around focusing on specifically improving my core strength, alongside improving my overall fitness. During the programme I could feel improvements – both physically, and mentally, as the pain decreased significantly. I have experienced an overall improvement and thoroughly enjoyed working with the trainers. Having now completed the programme I continue to feel motivated to carry on with the exercises and dietary improvements the team have advised me on. If you are thinking about improving your overall fitness, and want to better understand how best to go about it – I couldn’t recommend PFT highly enough!
