Liz has been treating me with sports massage for many years and she has been a bit of a lifesaver this past year with the many niggles that I have picked up from running & cycling. Strong hands that always do the trick and I come away feeling so much better! Thoroughly recommend trying her out

Like many of us I lead a physically exacting life which I am able to maintain due to Liz's unerring ability to rapidly find and treat the root of my discomfort. Without her I should have retired to the sofa years ago! Friendly,professional and supremely competent l strongly recommended Liz.

Liz has healing hands. My physio suggested massage maintenance for my calves and I have to say Liz finds the spots that tighten and they are tight no more. Then suggests exercises to help too. Great stuff all round.

I workout at the gym regularly, probably don't stretch enough, and often find some annoying muscle pain or tension as a result. I have had a number of sessions with Liz at Sandown and with her experience of fitness and physiology she always seems to zero in on the cause of the problem, and thus gets to the right treatment quickly. Friendly and professional. Highly recommend Liz.
