The best opticians I have ever used (35 years). Immaculate customer service from start to finish. Arti in particular took huge time and care with me, providing knowledge and insights that I've never been given before on frame and lens selection. Because I have such a complex prescription, and astigmatism and closed angle glaucoma I have had significant challenges in the past getting glasses and contacts to work for me. Since I found Seventeen my challenges have been properly understood and overcome. Now I don’t feel seasick in glasses. I can see the road and dashboard in both contacts and glasses. I feel reassured that not only is my vision taken care of, the health of my eye is being monitored carefully. I’ve tried several opticians over my life and now I’m never going anywhere else.
Technically knowledgeable, Lindberg stockist, doesn't rush his patient care, and made sure I left with the frames and lenses I wanted. I used to wear Nikon lenses as I thought they were the best, but I definitely prefer the Hoya lenses I'm now wearing, as suggested by the optician.
Has been my opticians for over 10 years, amazingly knowledgeable, helpful and makes you feel fully at ease with the whole process. Can not thank them enough.
