After years of being frightened of pushing abdominal work due to past injury it’s been wonderful working with Liz to truly understand the technique behind the movement and move beyond where I’ve been able to go before! It’s fantastic to push myself and know I’m working safely.

I think the main difference between Liz and other personal trainers is that Liz listens. Her workouts are totally tailored to my personal needs so I don’t ever feel like I am 'just another client’. I look forward to exercising and I am really happy with the results. I feel motivated because I am achieving my goals and enjoying the process. When my motivation dips she is right there to think of new ways to get me back on track. I have taken her advice into my every-day life which has improved my posture immensely. I am no longer hunched up all the time with my shoulders around my ears. My running has improved too and my previous injuries are not causing as many problems because my posture and technique are so much better. By following her nutrition advice my energy levels have improved and my IBS symptoms alleviated. I already had a pretty good diet and understanding of food but Liz offers ‘gems’ of knowledge which are easily incorporated and followed with great effect.\ CB
Liz is amazing! I lost 5 stone with Liz and feel so much healthier as a result. She is wonderful at motivating you and pushing you when needed but knows when you have reached your limits as well. She is a great listener and her knowledge of nutrition and how your body works is unsurpassed. Liz is far more than your average personal trainer! I have a dodgy back and bad knee so she had a big challenge with me but with her encouragement and understanding I got there! My week would not be the same without a training session with Liz! Honestly contact her you won't be disappointed!
Liz's background as a dancer and pilates teacher means she not only helps you lose weight and get fit, but she improves your posture, breathing and stress levels. As someone with arthritis, I'm always nervous about exercise but her deep knowledge means she's able to tailor my sessions to make sure it's right for my body. Liz pushes you hard but also makes you laugh which is a great combination and my energy levels are so much higher!
Liz is a true professional in every way! I first started working with Liz about four years ago. Admittedly, I was sceptical at first, having never done Pilates based work before, but there was no denying the results. Liz is not only brilliant at what she does, but is incredibly motivating with it! For a fun, friendly & effective approach to health & fitness, this is most definitely the ONLY way forward
I hate exercise and I’ve only ever stuck to pilates because I had a very bad back. A year later, I’m still training with Liz twice a week. The difference is that the sessions are adapted to me and what is going on in my life. Although my main goal is keeping my weight in check doing HIT sessions, as a 50 year old with a desk job, I sometimes have to slow things down to cater for aches and pain. That’s never a problem for Liz which means I don’t have to miss my sessions and we can use the time to help with the bad back, neck or whatever else. I also enjoy the variety (I’m easily bored), there’s been skipping, trampolining, boxing, etc. It was quite a shock to realise that I can’t skip for more than a minute – I’m sure we used to do that for hours as children. We’re working on that and I have increased my fitness level and overall toning. I also love the posture aspect of the training and Liz’s background as a dancer, and I think I now manage to keep my shoulders back most of the time! Oh and we do have a laugh which is another reason I’m still training.
