I have been to the store before, but this time I firstly used the online chat to establish stock and the spoke to Zeb, who helped me with in depth knowledge of the bike and parts I wanted to buy. He measured the handlebars, sorted out the delivery and build. I took my old bike in and they built my new bike using some of the parts from this and replacing parts that were needed. Ben and sorry I have forgotten your name, were very helpful on the day of the build. They did it in a few hours and I have subsequently gone on a ride and can report that the bike is excellent. Thank you Zeb, Ben and builder for all your work - much appreciated.

Had a nightmare with the website to begin with, 20 mins on chat to make the order go through. Was faithfully promised next day delivery which obviously didnt happen. Just a lame apology from the company which seems to be how hey deal with complaints in general. Highly recommend using wiggle or chain reaction instead.

I'm on the London Prudential ride a spoke snapped and buckled the wheel, stopped at the nearest rest point sigma had a stall, they told me the wheel was knackered and I need a knew one. Cheapest was 80, I go down the road halfords fixed it in 30 min free of charge. Sigma sports you should be ashamed of yourselves trying to rip people off on an event raising money for a good cause.

Took my bike in to have my brakes fixed and was greated by a very friendly team who replaced the cables and had it working properly again in no time. Easy place to find and there was plenty of parking right by the front door. Very happy customer
