I have seen a massive improvement in this clinic since it has reopened after COVID. The reception team are so friendly and helpful and the lady doing my treatment called Emma who has joined the team is so fantastic and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this clinic enough, it feels safe and is spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend.

Avoid at all costs! They cancelled my appointment via answer message 5 days ago.. i have been trying to call them ever since to rearrange an appointment and no one has bothered to get back to me. I just spent 30 minutes on hold, someone just answered and i said hello and no one spoke to me. I could hear them laughing and chatting in the background and not saying one single word to me on the phone. Im not sure they realised they had answered. This clinic is so so so unprofessional and i would not recommend anyone that wants to be treated with respect to attend here.
Sk:n Esher's quality of service is matched only by the friendliness of their staff. They delivered double the results they promised for half the price I was expecting, and their employees always do their best to make me feel comfortable. There's no skincare outfit in southwest London that I'd trust more than this place.
I love coming to this place the ladies Tracey & Grace are simply brilliant, they are so attentive and true professionals. They are always friendly and inviting, they have given me myself confidence back. It will be a sad day for me, when my treatments are finished.
Beth, Aimee and Tracey are truly the most professional team and I've had nothing but positive experiences at the clinic - I've visited many different sk:n clinics across the UK and this one is by far my favourite. The team are very welcoming, friendly and make you feel at ease - they take the time to understand what you're after and provide solutions specific to you, with realistic guidance as to what results you can expect. I've had laser hair removal and facials at this branch and have been extremely pleased with my results - thank you ladies!
