This surgery is terrible, I wish i'd never moved there. Upon receipt of my medical records they seem to have just immediately archived them, so they know nothing and don't seem to have access to any of the information anymore. This has caused me no end of grief trying to get my prescriptions. Eventually I managed to speak with Doctor who owns the surgery after being told he 'doesn't normally deal with complaints'. I immediately realised why; he was passive aggressive, rude and didn't follow through with this eventual suggested resolution to the problem. He half sorted the issue and didn't bother to update me. Having spoken to the man at the top of the tree, the attitudes of everyone else I encounter at this surgery makes a lot more sense. The Patient Access online system they use is rubbish and repeatedly locks me out, refusing to let me back in even after a password reset. This review will no doubt receive a 'sorry you feel that way' response alongside some narrative to discredit my description of the situation. Find a different surgery.

I had an amazing GP in London, so feeling really sorry for myself the performance of my new surgery is so poor! Difficult/ almost impossible to get an appointment, no changing facilities for babies, doctors brush you off very quickly compared to what I had before

Pleasant and efficient. On line services work well, including email consulting for non urgent matters. I would like a few more appointments to be available in advance. A few are, but most are on the day ones.
