The MOSAIC Collective has three divisions - MOSAIC Mentoring, MOSAIC Advisory (consulting and coaching) and MOSAIC Campus (learning and development courses). Created by former in-house lawyers who have been there and get it. The Collective is underpinned by mentoring. This is our why. We have always believed in encouraging others to help one another, provide support and start a conversation around your career, your challenges and more. Mentoring is a way to share your experiences and make a difference. Our smart technology mentoring platform allows people to connect wherever they are in the world. We run this as a not-for-profit and charge a small fee to mentees to cover our operational costs. There is no fee for mentors and the fee is reduced if you join as both mentor and mentee.
