Waleed is an excellent personal trainer. I really enjoy the sessions - they are a lot of fun and he pushes me to work hard but never to excess. He's knowledgeable about physical and mental health. He's very accommodating with regards to logistics. Highly recommended.

I’ve been working with Holly from the Trainers for around 9 months and it’s been such a fantastic experience. Starting with an injury meant that I was a bit nervous about what I could do but Holly was fantastic at making adjustments and working at a pace that meant I improved with time and didn’t give up. Great to have been able to maintain exercise through lock down with remote PT and even better to have it back face to face! Highly recommend.

Great workouts. So much fun, but hard work too! The trainers always check your technique to make sure you don’t get injured doing things wrong, which is super helpful. I would definitely recommend for all levels of fitness.
