My sister has lived at Wingham Court for over 12 years and has been very happy. My daughters and I are full of praise for the staff especially during the past year. They have supported my sister both physically and mentally during the lockdown when the family the suffered 2 deaths. They have arranged visits both external and window that have been so important to both my sister and the family. They have become our extended family and we are very grateful.

Since lockdown, I cannot thank the management and staff enough. They have shown such care to my husband encouraging him to attend various activities that interest him and introducing him to new interest . They have helped him with Zoom calls to our family and telephone calls. It is very hard not being able to visit but I know from video calls he always looks so smart and the care he is receiving is outstanding

Wingham court is an excellent place for clients with long term Neurological conditions. The centre has well led management and clinical expertise team providing a holistic approach to the service users. Staff are very friendly and it's a lovely place to work.

All the staff (who look after our father who is a resident here) are incredible. Such a conscientious, caring and well run place for our father to reside. They not only consider their residents and the whole spectrum of their needs from physical, mental, emotional and wellbeing but also the families of their residents too. It’s hard to have your family live elsewhere to have their daily needs met, especially in a national lockdown, but it helps when you don’t have to worry that they will be so wonderfully looked after. We feel so lucky we found them.

I have worked at Wingham for nearly 2 years and absolutely love it! It is a fun welcoming and supportive environment for everybody involved, and the residents are at the heart of everything we do, like a family.
