Very good gym! Nice and clean, fresh air. Lots of equipment, free weights and machines, punch bag etc. I really enjoyed my workout, especially big thanks to the girl from reception!! You made my day!

great gym, clean has all the machine you need to have a great work out I took the yoga class on wed night a super professional instructor on the lead, I was very impress, at the front of the house they are very helpful most of employees are happy, there is only one guy that is kind of rude , he needs to take a chill pill or get with the program, he needs to stop wearing jeans, he works at a gym dress the part buddy. times to avoid between 6 to 8pm is over crowded and you will have to wait for the machines, and avoid all the selfies people, 530 am is another crowd, i recommend the early morning gym is basically empty and you can do your routine without a wait. one last good thing about this gym they have massage machines, they are great after your work out.
