Ordered two products, paid for them, dispatch note then emailed to me with a delivery date of three weeks hence!! Eventually got in contact with the contact centre, to be emailed and told that the products were coming from the warehouse in the USA. What a joke, took over four weeks to arrive. A simple out of stock would have been more appropriate. Rubbish company to deal with, be warned!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would! I received 24hr Replenishing Moisturiser which has a layer of brown cream over the top. Upon receiving my order I contacted ESPA on 23/10 to advise and provided pictures of the faulty cream and from this point onwards I'm just being told "it's under investigation". Most companies would advise to send the item back and send me out a replacement especially as they've told me not to use it. I’ve been a loyal ESPA customer for many years and have never had an issue before this. I’ve ordered this same moisturiser over and over and it’s never looked like this! I ask for updates but get fobbed off! I've advised I'm unhappy only to be told I "shouldn’t expect a reply straight away"… well 1 month later and still nothing how long do I need to wait?? The cream is not fit for use, it’s disgusting.. just like their customer service! I expected better!

I ordered products for a Christmas present on 11th November 2020 and I received a number of emails telling me they were behind with my order. I chased many times but never received my items. One of my items are still being processed 1 month later. They told me I could cancel my order if I return the items. How do you return items that you don't receive and some of which they haven't even sent. Avoid this place like the plague!!

Very misleading website and are constantly having offers that dont exist or low and behold dont qualify. Rude customer service as well. Go elsewhere.
